I know what it's like first hand and through family members to skip that long hike in the woods, or not go to that exciting sporting event because there are too many stairs to climb.  Most people think that more pain and less mobility is a part of getting older, but it doesn’t have to be.  When it comes to pain and stiffness you have the power to improve it, you just have to take action and decide to conquer what has been holding you back. You are the hero in your story, let me guide you down the right path to improve your life and get that time back with your family.                                                                                                                                                                                                                      - Melissa
