Personal Training

Personal trainers use exercises, stretches and dynamic movement to safely build physical strength and improve overall flexibility throughout the body. Personal training may be used at any time including after physical or occupational therapy treatment to further promote recovery and prevent future injuries. Your personal trainer will construct an individualized exercise program for you that will focus on your specific goals while keeping you motivated to provide optimal results. If you are in the Metro Detroit area, a personal trainer may be able to work with you not only in your own home, but also at your local gym or outside at a local park as weather permits. If you are outside of Optimal Recovery & Therapy's travel area, you may also utilize our online personal training services through your mobile device at home or at your local gym.
